A rug should frame the furniture, not float beneath it. In living rooms, aim for front legs on the rug (or fully under for a more formal look). In dining rooms, choose a size that keeps chairs on the rug when pulled out.

Our palette is intentionally nuanced, and lighting changes everything. We recommend ordering samples to see undertones in your own daylight and evening light before choosing the final size.

Yes—your order includes a complimentary non-slip rug pad. It helps the rug sit flatter, feel softer underfoot, and stay in place, while also offering everyday protection for your floors.

We ship across the U.S. via tracked services. Standard delivery is usually 3–6 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. Orders $50+ often qualify for free shipping.

You have 30 days from delivery. New/unused items are refunded to the original method; lightly tested items may be eligible for store credit. Final-sale items aren’t returnable.

There’s a short window (about 60 minutes) after purchase—contact us immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can use the returns process.
