We build furniture meant to be passed down. Not furniture that lasts until the next move, but furniture that becomes part of your family's story. Our warranty reflects this philosophy.

Lifetime Frame Warranty

The foundation of every Forge & Feather piece is a kiln-dried hardwood frame, engineered to last generations. We warrant our frames for life against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If your frame ever fails, we will repair or replace it. Period.

Cushion Cores

Cushion cores are warranted against loss of resiliency for two years from delivery. During years three through five, replacement cores are available at prorated pricing.

Note: Normal softening and settling of cushions over time is expected—this is the natural break-in that makes a well-used sofa so comfortable. It is not a defect.

Springs

Our hand-tied eight-way springs are warranted for the lifetime of the piece against breakage or structural failure under normal use.

Fabric & Leather

Upholstery fabrics and leathers in our standard offerings are warranted for one year against manufacturing defects including seam failure, excessive pilling (unless inherent to the material), and yarn failure.

What's not covered:

Fading from direct sunlight
Natural characteristics of leather: grain variations, markings, natural wrinkles
Normal wear including pilling, stretching, and wrinkling
Textural changes in napped fabrics like velvet (shading and crushing are inherent)
Damage from improper cleaning or harsh chemicals

These are not flaws—they are the signatures of natural materials.
